Not live, but not dead either...Meredith and Tom Hughes, that's us, are part of a Louisiana radio feature with Chef John Folse, Stirrin' It Up, broadcast officially July 14, and available online anytime. Our book, Gastronomie! Food Museums and Heritage Sites of France, published by Bunker Hill, is the focus. Chef  Folse started his Louisiana company on July 14 a few decades past, and recently opened a new restaurant in New Orleans, Restaurant R'evolution.
